SERVICES

Consultations

During a free initial telephone/email consultation, I will review your questions and documents with a view to seeing whether I can help. If so, I will quote you a fee depending on your specific needs. Payment is usually by e-transfer or cash and I provide receipts. Call to discuss booking an appointment for this initial consultation at 613.203.4874.

Notarization of documents

If your document calls for 'notarization', or the signature of a 'notary', I can help. I received my Notary Public appointment for Ontario in 2021.  My notary seal is registered with Global Affairs and with the Province of Ontario, so I am qualified to notarize most documents, including international documents. Notarization must be done in person. On-line notarization is not permitted by law.

Commissioner for Oaths signatures

(commissaire à l'assermentation)

If your document calls for the signature of a 'commissioner for oaths', I can help.  I have been operating as a Commissioner for Oaths in Ontario since 1987. In addition, I was appointed by the Quebec Minister of Justice as a Commissioner for Oaths for Quebec in 2010. It is preferable to administer the oath in person at one of my convenient meeting locations.

Lawyer

I am also a lawyer, licensed and insured by the Law Society of Ontario since 1987. You can read more about my lawyer services at my main website by clicking here.

Services offered in English and French.
