Commissioner for Oaths for Quebec: Wakefield Area

(commissaire à l'assermentation)

Operations have been affected by the pandemic. Please call for details.

Worried about restricted mobility and new police checks in Quebec? Talk to me about how I can help.

The province of Quebec has many documents that require you to swear on oath, or to make a statutory declaration or affirmation, before a Commissioner for Oaths.

I have been appointed by the Quebec Minister of Justice as Commissioner for Oaths, and I service the Wakefield/La Pêche area.

It can be an inconvenience to you to have to attend for the administration of your oath. However, appointments to have me administer your Quebec oath are available in the Wakefield area on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You don't have to miss work to take care of your legal matter!

If you need legal advice or legal information relating to your document, please let me know and we will discuss whether I can help you.

Services offered in English and French.
