Commissioner for Oaths for Quebec: Wakefield Area

(commissaire à l'assermentation)

The province of Quebec has many documents that require you to swear an oath, or to make a statutory declaration or affirmation, before a Commissioner for Oaths.

I have been appointed by the Quebec Minister of Justice as Commissioner for Oaths, and I service the Wakefield/La Pêche/Chelsea/Low regions. I am also a lawyer licensed by the Law Society of Ontario.

It can be an inconvenience to you to have to attend for the administration of your oath. However, appointments to have me administer your Quebec oath are available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You don't have to miss work to take care of your legal matter! Allow up to thirty minutes for our meeting, including my review of your document and the administration of the oath.

If you need legal advice or legal information relating to your document, please let me know and we will discuss whether I can help you. Although my appointment as Commissioner for Oaths comes from the government, I operate completely independently of government.

Confidential. Personal meetings available anywhere in the La Pêche/Chelsea/Low regions. Local references available.

Service offered in English and French.

You can reach me at 613.203.4874. Ask for my FAQ newsletter, which sets out the fees and locations, and what to bring to the appointment.
